Rainbow Bee-eaters in the Mulla Mulla
After a long wet season, the transition to the dry is signalled with the Rainbow Bee Eaters' arrival. They come to feast on flying insects such as bees and dragonflies, showing incredible aerobatics as they swoop out from the pindan cliffs in an attempt to catch their next meal.
This is a print of a watercolour by Tom Montgomery.
